Watauga County

Watauga County is on the Tennessee - North Carolina border and is surrounded by Avery, Caldwell, Wilkes and Ashe counties.  Boone is the only major town within the county.  The Julian Price Memorial Park is located on the Blue Ridge Parkway in the southern section of the county.
