I can only recall ever seing one and that was back in FL if I remember correctlly it was homebuilt. Shouldnt be to hard to build one. Just need some steel an axle and a welder and a hitch coupler and a lil bit of time and you could have a nice one.

Modify a jon boat trailer which can be found used on craiglist for $400 or so. Or harbor freight has a boat trailer for around $300, if you don't mind the 8" wheels. You might have to move the jack stand forward some. You may also want to check out Northern Tool too. Of course you might be able to modify a landscape trailer (just add bunks) too.
